When choosing from our Vinyasa Flow (movement synchronized with breath) inspired class offerings, think energy – not level. Our classes are designed to speak to what your body needs right now and a compliment to any other form of exercise. That could mean vigorous today and relaxed the next. Either way we’ve got you covered! If you are still unsure, speak with the instructor. 

To get the most out of your experience, the use of props are encouraged and modifications are offered for optimal accessibility. We also offer hands on adjustments. However, if you are not comfortable with that, just let us know and we will honor your request. 

Breathe.Flow.Meditate: This class prepares the body to meditate with breathing exercise and gentle yoga flow.  The practice of meditation is the process of calming the mind chatter and connecting to your inner being on a deeper level (meditative state).

Chair Yoga (Slow Flow): Lots of modifications of postures. Not comfortable being on the floor. Recovering from injury or to build stamina.

Relaxed Flow (Slow): Slow practice with understanding of basic postures. Stretching with movement, some perspiration. 

Moderate Flow (Medium): Moderate practice with understanding of basic postures. Steady movement, some perspiration. 

Yin Flow: A mix of Yin Yoga and Relaxed Flow, Yin Yoga addresses tension and stress in the connective tissue of the body through passive poses with long holds. The practice will consist of 30 minutes deep stretching (yin) followed by 20 minutes of relaxed flowending with a long savasana (final relaxation). Class description: (Slow) Deep stretching with long holds (yin) followed by relaxed flow and long savasana.
