This workout is for everyone! It is a high energy workout that has a low to moderate impact. This total body workout will benefit participants by toning core muscles; strengthening arms; toning the lower body; working up a good sweat; building community support; and finding your dancer within. From this class, you will gain the basics of belly-dance and some nuggets for your dance toolbox. You will have a fun time with both traditional and nontraditional music. No experience required. Wear comfortable workout clothing.
